Description of products: 

1.Quality: All products made from our mould have similar good performance, which could help our customer expand their businesses of caps.

2.Mould number: Customized.

3.Mould design software: STP, CAD, UG, X-T, IGS, DWG, DXF, and etc.

4.Mould size: Based on the requirements of customer, we support caps for 500ml, 1 liter, 1.5 liter and etc. (top number is 10 liter. )

5.Cavity : Optional from 4 to 96 cavities. Due to the inserting structure of our mold, our cavities are replaceable, provides full convenience for subsequent product maintenance.

6.Injection system: Pin gate, Submarine gate, Valve gate and etc. If using hot runner system for the mold, single pin injection system is assembled.

7.Relevant components: insert components, relevant tubes and rings.(Free parts will be involved in the package with the mold)

8.Mould cycle time: Based on mold design. Mostly 12-15 seconds per cycle on normal injection machine. If using fast injection machine, the cycle time could easily reach 12 seconds per cycle or even less.

9.Mould life: More than 3 million shots. Warranty in 2 years for mold quality problems.

10.Runner system: China advanced brand or imported hot runner system brand to the order. Each cavity has independent temperature control and heater system. Cold runner and half hot runner are available as well.

11.Mould feature: Each cavity and core have independent cooling system, shortening production cycle time.

Service:

2) Mould quotation will be sent to customer within 2 days after the customer send the inquiry.

3) When moulds are closed to finish, we will have tests to the mould and make a specific test report to customer. What is more, we will send the samples which is confirmed to be nice by pictures and videos to customer`s company. Covering the freight as well.

4) If the first sample did not meet customer`s demands, we would modify the mould and do more tests until the samples meet customer`s satisfaction.

6) Online training is free for customers` workers for installing. If necessary and air-conditions permitted, we will send engineer to cutomers` factory to offer technique support.
