● Beryllium copper will be used at the top of the core part of the plastic basket mould to high cooling effect, improve the quality of the basket and the production efficiency of the basket mould.

● The plastic basket mould has many bumping holes. When designing the basket mould, the reasonable parting surface and R angle will be considered to avoid the result of bumping through holes and running edges. Meanwhile, the reasonable cooling channel are designed on both sides of the core and cavity to avoid the issue of welding lines.

● For the steel selection of a plastic basket mould, we generally recommend 718H or 2738. Good polishing performance increases the glossiness of the product surface, and make sure a long mould life under rapid and high-pressure injection.
